HR Business Partner

• Create and execute high-growth recruitment strategies in partnership with management to attract, identify and source qualified candidates.

• Coach managers and provide guidance on performance management, ensuring the process and practices are consistent.

• Interpret and apply company HR policies, procedures and programs to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs.

• Partner with leadership to implement HR projects aligned with business goals.

• Monitor and foster employee development by helping identify talent needs and supporting training and learning initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree in human resources (HR), business or related field.

• 5+ years of HR or business experience.

• HR certification preferred.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office.

• Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
